Gymnastics!

Anna Claire has gymnastics on Tuesdays and Thursdays this summer.  She loves learning all these new tumbling tricks, and comes home teaching Gracie!  I heard her saying to Gracie, "Make a hershey kiss with your hands, See my hershey kiss."  She sounds just like Mrs. Mary Shannon!

VBS Singing!

Sunday morning at church the girls were supposed to sing with the children for the Call to Worship.  They practiced great, but when it came time to perform they decided not to participate.  Glad I videoed the practice!  This was one of the songs they learned during VBS this past week.

Can You Believe This is Gracie???

Two weeks ago Gracie would not even get off of the steps in the shallow end of the pool.  She started swimming with a ring on and was doing great.  Sunday she decided she could put her face in and every day since then she has gotten a little braver.  Today she decided she could jump in by herself!  Look at her go now!  I can not believe the difference a couple of weeks have made!


Anna Claire is also doing great in the pool!  She is swimming everywhere and jumping off of the diving board by herself too!  I will try and post another video soon!

Picture Time

It is so nice to have a brother that is my own personal photographer!  Even if the girls are in a bad mood, we just go get ice cream and try again.  So last weekend while we were in Chicago, the girls got all dressed up (well dresses and flip flops) and we took a stroll to a secret little garden in the city.  We started with some pictures, went for ice cream, and tried again.  Through it all we ended up with some great pictures!  Thanks David!  We love you!

Lake Michigan

Tuesday we went to the lake, and walked through the park.  After a few pictures, we enjoyed the sunshine as the girls splashed in the water and built castles of sand!
