Weekend with the Twins!

This weekend we went to Nashville with my parents to meet the Lyle-Murray twins.  We had a great time snuggling, feeding, burping, diapering, and kissing these two precious girls!  Frances spent Friday and Saturday nights with the girls and I, and Mary Charlotte stayed in my parents room.  Wow, I am so glad my girls sleep all night!  I enjoyed taking care of this little girl, but I am exhausted!  I can't imagine taking care of both of them every night!

Gracie is holding Mary Charlotte, Anna Claire is holding Frances.

The girls loved playing with these girls and can't wait to see them again.

Who knows what they are telling Frances.

The girls found a tree to climb in.

Anna Claire wanted to bring one of the twins home with us and leave Gracie in Nashville. Gracie was not too excited about that idea. Although, she did want to know when we could get one of those kind of babies!

Kindergarten Begins!

As soon as my alarm went off this morning Anna Claire jumped out of bed.  (This is very unusual for her.  All summer she has been sleeping until 9-10 a.m.!)  She could hardly wait until time to go!

            First Day of Kindergarten!
Already at her seat, and ready to begin the day!
Let the coloring begin!

Beach Babes!

We took a quick trip to the beach during our summer break.  I finished school on Saturday, and Anna Claire starts back to school on Wednesday!  I can not believe summer is almost over.

We hit the beach immediately, and the girls loved it!  This is the first year neither of them was scared of the waves!  They had a blast.

After splashing in the waves, we went in for supper and headed to get hair wraps! Anna Claire was so excited! Gracie decided she did not want one this evening.

The girls had fun running and playing in the sand!

Even did some kart wheels!

Enjoying the morning on the beach...

And the afternoon..

Supper at Peg Leg Pete's, aka "The Pirate Place" according to the girls.

Gracie was so tired this is what happened in the middle of supper:

After supper, Gracie decided we must go back and get a hair wrap for her.  She was so serious about sitting still!

Another day at the beach...

And a little Putt Putt!

Pictures for fun!

And a dolphin cruise to end our time at the beach...
